Why the colour green works so well for a wedding

Choosing the colours for your wedding is just so tricky as there is such a lot to take into account.

However the one colour that I think just keeps on giving is green. It goes with everything, it works in every season, it suits everyone. I'm really into it at the moment. We've just painted our workshop in Farrow and Ball's Sap Green and I cannot get enough of it.

Choosing the colours for your wedding is just so tricky as there is such a lot to take into account. First you have to like the colour - which sounds pretty obvious but I know that I don't really like blue or yellow or red ( in any shade ) so that's narrowed it down already - and then your partner does too ( to a certain extent ), and then it has to go with the venue and style of the wedding ( fuschia pink doesn't really suit the Georgian House vibe ) and then it sort of needs to be seasonal eg. a yellow bridesmaid's dress in November is going to be hard to pull off...

We've added some new colours to our jewel range and I'm quite obsessed with the emerald green. It is a perfect mid green - not too soft and yet not too bright.

Here it is as a wedding guest book, but we also make the larger wedding albums in this colour and the medium sized wedding albums. If you're looking at a particular album and the emerald green isn't on the dropdown menu then do get in touch as we can help!
