Indian Summer Weddings September 20, 2018 15:13
September weddings are becoming more and more popular. Guests won’t be jetting off on their holidays, honeymoon destinations are cheaper and of course you get the fabulous weather we seem to always have once the school holidays are over.
It’s warm in the daytime but the nights draw in, so you can still have bare legs and arms in stunning dresses, with lovely wraps and blankets in the evening. With spectacular sunsets blazing through the sky in an ombre of pink and orange you could also have breathtaking wedding photos.
Theme your wedding with a bohemian vibe. Intimate candle lit settings, with deep, opulent colours. Think gold and copper, hot pinks with vivid blues and burnished oranges and vibrant purples. The table styling should be bold and bright with embellished glassware, vases filled with brightly coloured blooms of roses, peonies, chrysanthemums and cornflowers.
We have some perfectly coloured albums for Indian Summer Weddings.
Our little nod to Pantone's colour of the year 2018 'Ultra Violet'. January 25, 2018 12:14
Every year Pantone elects a 'Colour of the Year'. Last year we had 'Greenery' the refreshing and revitalising shade of new beginnings. This year Pantone describes their 'Ultra Violet' as 'dramatically provocative and thoughtful'. The strong purple shade is said to communicate 'originality, ingenuity, and visionary thinking that points us toward the future', almost lighting the way to what is yet to come. Perfect and apt for our very own 'Deep Purple' wedding album or even our lighter shade of 'Lavender' photo album if you just want to give a hint of purple to the day. All our wedding guest books come in purple and lavender too. Weddings are the beginning of what is yet to come, and certainly points to a promising future. Or you could even try one of our memorable birthday albums, they do say 'Life begins at 40!' Onwards and upwards...
Amazing Ways to Personalise Your Wedding February 10, 2016 11:16
It feels like making your wedding day truly personalised is becoming a bigger and bigger thing. From giving everyone a monogrammed bottle of champagne to handing out an instant photo of the day to all your guests; it seems like personalising your wedding day is de rigeur!
We've found our favourite three ways and want to share them with you...
This is extravagant to say the least - have your own dancefloor customized with your very own wedding logo
Much more attainable is this really cute idea of your names printed inside a stick of rock...
And then this idea of giving your guests a customized keepsake of your happy day in the form of a pack of flower seeds to plant , we love!
Tweet us with any examples that you know of @ByAnthology - we'd love to hear from you.
