Delivery update January 2021

We will do our utmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but in these exceptional circumstances, it may take longer than the delivery times quoted below. We are continuing to work as normal in our workshop, but we are reliant on delivery partners who may take longer to deliver than usual and we are aware that Royal Mail have delays in their system. We hope you understand our reticence to commit to a delivery time and we thank you in advance for your patience!

Express delivery isn't currently available, but contact us if you need your order quickly as we may be able to put it on an expedited service for an additional charge. Please note, however, that we cannot currently guarantee delivery days due to potential delays in Royal Mail's system.

We are shipping overseas to many countries, and as with UK orders we will dispatch quickly, but please allow extra time for receipt as there may be delays with our couriers that are out of our control due to COVID 19. UNFORTUNATELY SHIPPING TO THE EU HAS CURRENTLY BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO BREXIT.



We offer free delivery in the UK and we use Royal Mail with standard delivery in 3-5 working days. High value items are sent out via tracked delivery.

Next working day delivery costs £10 (order to be placed by midday on a working day - we are not open at the weekend)


Some of our products (typically those that combine font styles or have images/logos on them) take longer to make and print than others because of the more bespoke nature of the printing and therefore if you select express delivery you need to take into account the 'make' time - please see product descriptions or contact us if in doubt. All of the products in the 'last minute solutions' section on our site can be dispatched within one working day - if ordered by midday.


This is available to Europe, USA/Canada and Australia/New Zealand at an additional cost - see the checkout for charges. We cannot guarantee delivery dates on overseas orders; we generally use the national mail services rather than couriers. Please be patient for your parcels to arrive. We always dispatch quickly, but we cannot guarantee how long the post will take! Heavy, high value items such as multiple large albums will incur higher delivery charges because they are expensive to ship. Contact us if you would prefer to arrange your shipping yourself - you may be able to secure a cheaper shipping method. We don't currently ship orders with a value over £350 outside the UK, but contact us as we may be able to offer a solution.



We work really hard to ensure that you love your BeGolden product.  Before leaving our workshops it goes through a thorough quality control protocol to make sure what you receive is made to the highest standards. As many of our items are made from premium recycled leather, there can sometimes be minor imperfections in the finish which is a result of the recycling process, but these should not detract from the overall beauty of the finished product.

Personalised items and made to order and bespoke products cannot be returned unless faulty.

It is important that before submitting an order all personalisation/customisation requests are double checked to ensure that no spelling errors or date errors have been made. We are unable to change the personalisation on a product once it has been printed.
