On the one hand I'm so relieved that we got married in the 1990s when weddings were still relatively simple with everybody getting married in white, probably in a religious building/registry office, any old flowers, Beef Bourgignon, a local band... as the organisation was pretty straightforward. But then I feel so cheated!!! I could have had a pink dress with a feather trim! We could have had a theme! We could have had a grazing table...
Browsing through instagram I came across a post by @greenweddingshoes where a couple had planned the most fantastical wedding. Amazing outfits and accessories, a white bouncy palace like you've never seen ( very California) , colourful parasols everywhere. But then it wasn't just the 'things' that made it seem magical it was the thought that had gone into the planning - they had all the guests sing a song as the bride came down the aisle. How cool is that?
Anyway, they did miss one trick - they didn't have one of our sensational guest books! We're really trying to cater for all weddings this year and so are launching a new range where colour plays a massive role.
This one is made from a stunning jewel bookcloth in a Strawberry Red colour printed in a playful serif font with a matt pink foil
And then this one is in a scrumptious Bubblegum pink printed with a deep gold.
If you're getting married this year and are thinking of going big on colour then do get in touch - we'd love to help!
